His attitude was courteous, and he explained the problem and solution to me very well. Highly commended. |
| Randy Byrne | Issue was not fixed. They replaced compressor and ever since it makes a terrible noise. It actually is vibrating against fridge. If you touch fridge the noise stops. Was told it is just normal noise for compressor. It is not the compressor as if you push it to side it will remain silent for a while until it moves back and against fridge. Did not do this before fix or when new and is only 4 years old. Tech was not able to speak much English and had to use phone to translate so did not very understand issue and then report just normal noise. Noise can be heard above TV. Very disappointed with service and lack of concern or professionalism. |
