FEB 2020, They initially came out and diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator. They were on time and informative, that's the only reason they got the second star. However once it go to the point of actually coming back to do the repair - the first time I was told they were coming out, no one called to tell me they weren't coming because they didn't get the right part. I let that slide. Then they told me they would get the actual part ordered, and that they would be out on Wednesday. Once again no one called to tell me they weren't coming. I called on Friday morning and the man who answered said that the part they did order was broken and they would put a rush on a new part and he would call me back that afternoon between 4-5. Still no response from them and no answer when I call. So at this point I have been without the use of my refrigerator for just over 2 weeks. My recommendation would be to choose someone else to do your repairs which is what I will be doing now.

Good service and friendly. Highly knowledge on appliance repair. They fixed my dishwasher and my Wall unit heater. Thank You all. The service bill was cheap i was surprise.
