I bought a brand new LG washer and dryer in December of 2014. by September of 2015 9 months later they had BOTH already crapped out on me. my washer was fixed quickly but it took them till FEBRUARY 2016 to fix my dryer. I had to take off of work several times to meet the technicians that could never do it right. I had different people coming in and out of my house trying to fix this dryer. Sears home service was the absolute worst. I'll never, ever buy anything from them ever again. expensive lesson well learned. please be aware. |
