| Jennifer Easley | I noticed at the end of last week that my A/C was not cooling properly and seemed to be running all late afternoon and evening which is not normal for the weather we were having. I called my home warranty company and they came out Friday and was supposed to send in a report to get authorization to fix and see if covered...I was out of town this weekend, so I called Monday and supposedly the man never sent in the report, so then when he sent it in the notes were inaccurate and it was an entire ordeal with the home warranty company, needless to say they claim repairs would not be covered. Bragg has been recommended to me by more than one person, so I called them up, they were there Monday afternoon, took bad coilcaused by factory defect, went and picked up a new one under warranty price, and had it installed and was out of my hair by 11am Tuesday. Could you really ask for better service. Friendly, punctual, professional and knows how to take care of their customers. I highly recommend Bragg Mechanical Services! |
