THEY SOLD US EQPMNT, THAT DID NOT WORK CORRECTLY THE ENTIRE TIME WE OWNED IT THEN CHARGED US TO COME PICK IT UP AND REPAIR IT ONLY TO BRING IT BACK FILLED W/ BABY ROACHES AND STILL NOT WRKING.. EVERY CONCERN WE VOICED THEY RESPONDED BY SAYING " SO, I DONT CARE" AND "WE STAY PLENTY BUSY" AND "OUR REVIEWS ARE GOOD" AND "YES WE PUT OTHER PEOPLE'S APPLIANCES AHEAD OF YOURS BECAUSE WE FELT THEY WERE MORE URGENT" AND "NOT MY PROBLEM THAT THIS HAS HURT YOUR BUSINESS"... THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS THAT SAY " WELL WE ARE BETTER THAN LOWE'S" MY RESPONSE IS NOW I WILL FIND OUT, BECAUSE YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS. GLAD THIS HAPPENED NOW, I WAS GOING THIS WEEKEND TO PURCHASE APPLIANCES FROM THEM FOR MY RENTAL HOUSE,, REFRIGERATOR, STOVE, DISH WASHER, ETC.. GUESS WHO'S GETTING MY BUSINESS NOW?? LOWES!!!!

I have done business with tri country appliances for years. I have always been pleased with the customer service and the appliances. Until now, I bought an ice maker from these guys and paid 500 dollars. Had it for 2 months before even using this ice maker. We had it stored with the other appliances we bought from other places. After 2 months we get all of our appliances in the building. And noticed the ice maker had roaches inside. We bleached the ice maker thinking it's from being stored. We plug it in after a few hours we noticed water was coming out the drain like a lot. Never having an ice maker before I didn't know this was an appliance that wasn't working properly. After using the ice maker for 4 months it stops Working. After a few calls I finally got someone on the phone. Rachel said she would have someone call me back. A few days go by nothing. I call them back Rachel then tells me someone will be coming to look at the machine. I was told it needed to be cleaned and I would have it back in a few days. 3 weeks later I get Rachel on the phone asking what's up with the ice maker? She tells me it just needed to be cleaned it will be back to me on Friday. No one showed up or even called. I call tri country appliances no answer. Left a message no call back. Monday rolls around I call again. No answer. I leave a message. Tuesday they show up with my ice maker. Plug it in chyme 70 for the cleaning on my ice machine they had for 3 weeks. We open the ice maker the next morning baby roaches are all inside and no ice in the ice maker. I call Rachel letting her know I am not happy with them. I waited 3 weeks for an ice maker to be cleaned when I said I need it back ASAP. Then it comes back with roaches and looking like nothing was done to it. Rachel tells me the reason it took so long is because they didn't see my ice maker as an emergency fix. They had to put other people's refrigerator in front of my ice maker being fixed. She then tells me being a business owner you should understand this. My reply was my restaurant is not an emergency? Because I have spent 2.25 3x a day on ice. Tur county has told me they get plenty of business and they really don't care if they loose mine or not. I then told the owner you sir have very bad customer service and he said yes I do and I don't care. They are not going to fix my ice maker after haven it 6 months and told me they don't care. I will never buy anything from this business again. And if you do watch out because they will let it be known they have great rebrand don't need any more busines
