| Rudy Prince | Been a client for the past year I thought it be nice to get my little sister a game for Christmas a Nintendo switch to be exact and that same night I plugged the game in and it didn't turn on I was still charged even after I told the manager and his employers that game didn't work everything came in bad condition and missing parts I called the store multiple times and was lied to about it being replaced 3 weeks passed my bill came due and I was still without a new game after calling and calling I got lied to many times I have yet to resolve an issue please don't go to this rent a center especially if you want great quality in something I'm sure other places or rent a centers have what u need but this one location is terrible |

| Annabel Rodriguez | Used washing machine broke. RAC took it back and supposedly repaired it. They returned it to my home but it broke again after a couple of washes. Once they had my money they would not help me anymore. They refused to give me a full refund or credit because I had already finished giving the payments. Terrible quality products and customer service! Take your hard earned money to better, professional businesses! |
