| Julie Dodd | I purchased a refrigerator and dryer from this business last week. They didn't show up to deliver when they said they would and didn't call me to let me know anything. I tried calling but couldn't reach anyone and finally went by and was told that they were waiting on their delivery man. Not great, but ok, I can see that and they did finally deliver that afternoon. The refrigerator works fine, the dryer does not - it doesn't heat. When I called I left a message and a man called me back. He said it was probably the breakers in the house. Right after that, the line suddenly went dead - I don't know it was a dropped call or he hung up. I checked the breakers and no, that's not the problem. I've tried calling back and left them messages trying to get this resolved without success, no one calls back. I wouldn't recommend them. Sad as I really prefer to support small businesses but I expect some service and absolute honesty. Update. I had the dryer checked by a professional and it has major problems which they to have known. |
