Tom and his son came to switch out a cook top and did it precisely and efficiently. Tom has been in the business for many years and is very educated and informed on all household appliances. I will definitely be calling Toms Appliance should the need arise!! Very nice to deal with!

The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I have never given a Google review but after dealing with Tom, I felt compelled to leave a review to ensure that he got the five stars he deserves. I called him in the morning about an issue regarding my refrigerator. Instead of just setting up a service call appointment, he wanted to assess the problem over the phone. He asked me what the problem was and recommended I try a couple of things before he came out. He stated it might save me some money if I tried his recommendations. Sure enough what he recommended fixed the problem. A few hours went by and he called me back to get a status. I told him that what he recommended fixed the problem. He told me to keep his number handy so that in the future if I ever needed a part that he would gladly meet me to deliver whatever part was necessary or for service. I thanked him and told him that I would definitely be calling him back if the refrigerator started acting up again. Highly recommend you call him if you're looking for an honest and responsive service technician.

Our oven has been giving me issues for the past year. I finally called Tom to see if he could fix/help me out with it. I didn't want to have to spend much money on fixing it b/c we plan to redo our kitchen within the next year, but it would be nice to be able to bake things in the mean time. Tom was willing to come over to look at it, but I explained the problem and he sent me video which showed how to locate the issue. Luckily, my husband is very handy and had to tools needed to check. We figured out what was wrong and Tom told us where to go to order the part. My husband was able to install it. Tom was so nice and saved us a good amount of money. Definitely will be using his services again in the future!!
