They showed up, looked at my appliance, said "ok we can fix this, if we order the part," required me to pay them a 43 service charge, which I was unaware of, ad said "no service charge w/repair" which I thought was tacked on after the repair not before but the invoice described this as a "deposit", which wasn't listed in their ad...very misleading to me and bailed. He was at my house all of seven minutes! Then two days later he calls me back to tell me it's going to cost 370 & I have to wait for five days for the part to come in, if I "wanted to think about it." Are these people for real? Did they have any intention of even fixing my appliance. I felt very taken advantaged of, they wasted my time, & took my money for nothing. Avoid like the plague! |
