Linda Alexander | I was looking for a good deal and I found The BEST pricing and GENUINE top quality customer care. They were also able to repair my mom's vintage machine. I was truly happy with my experience and the integrity of service. Locally owned! I would recommend looking here before anywhere else. |
Teddie Mo | If you are looking for a new machine, used machine, sewing notions or just want to take a class to learn a new skill, this is the place for you. It's a little out of my way, but worth the trip from the west side. |
Patricia Lopez | In May/June 2019, I took my Juki Serger and my Brother straight stitch to be serviced as they had never been serviced... my bad. The owners were very professional and even changed the blade on my serger for free. They both ran like new again. Just recently I got the thread stuck in my serger, so I took it back. The owner took a quick look and said first off I was using bad thread for that type serger I admitted the thread was from Mexico, just a cheap brand and the needles were bent! yeah, from me pulling and trying to release the thread... lol. Yep, he got it right again. I think they go above and beyond to please their customers. I love this place and highly recommend it. My experience has always been very pleasant and they are always eager to educate you on your machine. Thank you El Paso Sewing Center!! |
