Be very careful when bring your car here! Have been a customer for about three years and started bring my Audi here after they did a good job on my timing belt. Recently was taking my car in for oil changes and the last time noticed my skid plate was hanging looked under the car and noticed that most of the bolts were missing and were never put back on. Unfortunately didn't notice untill a couple of days after I picked it up and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt even though I know for a fact those bolts weren't missing before. Later I needed a window regulator replaced I had replaced the other three and didn't have time to do the next one myself and also needed a traction control light trouble shot. Mind you I knew the code was for a bad abs sensor but didn't feel like trouble shooting all four of them to find it. So I paid 95 for the regulator to be fixed and the 60 for the diagnosis of the traction control light. I call him later that day to see if the car was ready for pick up and he asked me what was wrong with the electrical system and I told him noting that the traction control light was on. So he didn't even remember what I had brought it in for. He then told me the car was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there I asked him what had he found on the traction control system. He told me he cleared the code and that it should be good. I told him I had cleared the code myself last week and that it comes right back on. He then told me to bring it back to him if it comes back on but he clearly didn't diagnose anything. So as I drove off I noticed the window he had "fixed" was rattling pulled over at the gas station and sure enough it was rattling around in the door and my tint was messed up. Called him and told him about what was going on and he told me to bring it back in. So the next day I bring the car back in and as I'm driving in the traction control light turns on. When I get back to the shop I explain to him what's going on and show him the window rattling around, the tint and the traction control light. He says he'll fix it but that it was normal for the tint to get messed when u do a regulator. Which I responde I did the other three and I didn't mess up the tint. So I leave the car and come back to pick it up two days later. He tells me the abs pump is bad and that's why the light is on. The window and tint was fixed and the window didn't rattle around anymore but I saw the window seal was now torn. He sees it and tells me he'll make it right but at that point I'm just done with the situation. I tell him every time I bring it in it comes out with more problems. Needless to say you should think twice about bringing your car here. I'm a former mechanic I can only imagine what happens with someone that doesn't know about car brings they're car here. Now I'm stuck repairing the window seal which requires me pulling out the whole window to do it and 160 in parts and I also ended up fixing the traction control light myself by replacing the abs sensor on each wheel till I got the right one. Waste of time and money to say the least. Which sucks becasue he has fair prices and is a very polite person to deal with.
