| Keith Whitehouse | I purchased a dual burner part 115 for my Whirlpool electric range from McNeill's. Once I had the unit apart, I realized that the new prongs and electrical connections were not similar at all. One prong was too big, and there were 1 too few prongs on the new device. So, I disassembled it and took it back, where they wouldn't take the unit back, because I had "connected" the wires. Long story short, the new part was not the same, and could not be connected. Out 115 on a dissimilar part...they should have taken the part. Unacceptable. Buyer beware on spare parts. I obviously wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. |
