We needed our washer fixed, we bought the right part for the lid lock and they told us it was the wrong part and that they knew what they were talking about. This guy went on for 20 minutes about how he was an appliance genie, and has been in the bussiness for over 30 years. A guy came the next daydifferent company and fixed our whole washer cor cheaper. And he said it was the right part and everything. PLEASE READ THIS MORE... We called back for our money back and how they gave us false info, and they hung up in my face, and when i tried to call back, they ignored every call. AVOID PLEASE THEY DIDNT GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK AND LIED TO US. |
