I bought my washer and dryer from them, bought my daughter a washer and dryer from them, they moved my washer and dryer and installed it when we moved. Something got broken in the move, they replaced it and had me hold onto the I owed them for moving it until they got it fixed. Once I have the money, I'm going back to them for a dishwasher. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality without the huge price tag. |

A representative seemed professional and it almost seemed like he knew what he was talking about but he wrote up the paperwork stating that my washing machine needed major repairs when in fact it only needed to filter cleaned out the representative was heavyset so it's possible that he didn't want to get behind the washing machine because it was a snug fit however I was ripped off! the company was Fraudulent either independent or collaborative FRAUD. In the meanwhile business AS USUAL, now my warranty company will not cover my washing machine anymore because they wrote it off because this company said certain repairs were needing to be done that we're not needed! LIES! I have video EVIDENCE! Below is a picture of the guy I had to hire afterwards to clean out the filter on my washer has been working perfectly fine ever since with no further repair. |
