Appliance Repair by Aggieland Automotive in College Station, Texas

Hands down the best and most trusted automotive repair business I've had the privilege to be apart of. My car is pretty reliable, but about 3 times in 5 years I've needed repairs from multiple vehicles and every time things went great. One time my A/C went out, which is normally a 1500 repair easily, and they quoted me originally like 740, but they forwarded a rebate which lowered it even more to only 620.00. They didn't have to lower anything, but they took care of me. I appreciate Aggieland Automotive, and I'm glad they are at College Station

THE best customer service in town no questions asked. Staff is fast and friendly. Would recommend to anyone! Very fast and efficient with their work. This is my second time using their service for repairs, and I get my oil changed by them regularly. The staff is quick with their work and as long as you don't post pone a problem they can detect it before it becomes a major issue!!! Would recommend to anyone!!

This may be a bit of a lengthy explanation, but bare with me... I was visiting a friend in College Station 11/24/2019 and as I was trying to leave my car wouldn't start. It was on a Sunday, so I had to get it towed to this auto shop. I left it there and the next day they gave me a call saying they had taken a look at it and it was the starter. They proceeded to say that a starter needed to be ordered and it would take a day to come in. They then notify me on Tuesday that the part was going to be there later that afternoon. Yay, right? Well I call on Wednesday to see if the part was there which it was and they told me it would be ready between 1:00-2:00pm. I pick up my car and it is all fine and dandy until 12/23/2019, when my car will not start again. I leave it alone until after Christmas and try to start it again on 12/26/2019 and it did! I drove my car to an auto shop that I've been to before and has had wonderful service. I wait there until they can tell me what's wrong with it and they come tell me that I need A NEW STARTER... I told them that it couldn't be because I just had it replaced not even a month ago. They proceed to dig deeper and then show me a picture of the starter not properly bolted on there was an inch gap between the starter and the engine. Then they showed me where the starter had been burned from not being properly installed. Not only that... the prices were very different. Aggieland Automotive was 127 more expensive than the 2nd auto shop I went to. I have tried to make calls to see if I could get some sort of compensation and even sent them emails with pictures. I have spoken to Bryan directly over the phone on the matter and all they say is they will contact me back. We have received no contact and it is now the end of January. The ONLY reason why I didn't give them ZERO stars is because it didn't give the option!
