| Keondre Jones | My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer set and we're told as long as we supplied the vent kit for the dryer that they would hook it up for us so of course we're excited because that means I don't have to run the risk of slicing my hands open trying to hook up a vent kit. We were told that they would between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. to deliver and install everything. The delivery arrived until 5:00 p.m. and didn't bother to give any type of courtesy call or even apologize for being so late. To make matters even worse they dropped our washer and didn't even bother to tell me or my wife. The only reason why I know they did it is because our downstairs neighbor saw them do it and they picked it up and acted like nothing happened. to make matters even worse the delivery team said they do not install washers or dryers and when we called the store we were told the same thing. I am deeply upset because as a company if you have anything it should be your integrity and as far as I am concerned Rent-A-Center has absolutely no integrity whatsoever. |
