They came out identified the problem and said they had to file a report with home warranty company for repair approval. A week later it was still a finger pointing mess. The company saying they contacted the warranty company and the warranty company saying they were waiting on the report. The warranty company left messages with the company as did too but, no response. Finally after 3 weeks with no air conditioning another company came out and made the repairs. |
