They told us that the wash basket needed to be replaced and was covered under the 10 year warranty, but they had to “break” another part just to get the basket out and I was going to have to pay over 400 dollars for it to be fixed. Which my washer is not top of the line and is actually on sale right now for 449.00. What a ripoff!! I called their office and asked to speak to the manager and she was very rude and insisted that I owed them a service call fee.
