My 20-year-old oven needed a part -- a control board -- that was no longer available. Patriot removed the board from my oven, took it to a local business that repaired it, retrieved it when it was done, and returned to my home to reinstall it. Their price was very reasonable, and the oven works great once again. Best of all, they kept in touch with me by text every day, keeping me informed of the status of the repair and working with me to schedule the reinstallation of the board at my convenience. Everyone was super nice throughout the process. This is my new go-to company for appliance repair. They will take on jobs that other companies won't touch; they seem to be very knowledgeable; and they truly care about doing a good job and satisfying customers.

Highly recommend them. They were professional, on time and got the job done. I've had them out twice, the first time for a slightly leaky washer. Paul looked at it and said "It's highly unlikely that can be fixed. I recommend you stick a tub under the washer and live with it a few more years." I appreciate that level of honesty. This time it was a freezer - diagnosed one day, fixed the next, once a part was found.
