Our appointment time was from 11 to 3. The technician showed up at around 7:00 pm. We did not receive any phone call from the company and we were stuck in the house the whole day. I had to call them and check the ETA. When the technician finally arrived. He did not check our unit upstairs. He just told us we needed Freon, that will be 45.00 and have a nice evening. He did not bother to check our unit to see if we needed to better clean it or any other servicing. Please don't blame your last customers because you got held up with your other customers. You still should treat all your customers with the same professional service and not a rush job. Especially if your ratings are so high.

Steve and his partner were very helpful in setting up a/c in a new bonus room for us, and his price was very fair and reasonable. Down side to prevent a fifth star would be that he had to make another trip because something didn't get set properly. That was no big deal though because it was fixed promptly and correctly.
