Prices were great but communication within the ladies that answer the phone and their techs aren't great . They had me for an Appointment at 9:30am and they had to pay another company that ended up showing at 4:00 pm . Over all experience was terrible. Owner I felt maybe was having a bad day and thats why he was rude to me . When I would request to talk to him they would tell me he wasn't their but once I mention his personal phone number next thing I know he was on the other line . He was highly recommended from a family member but I will no longer recommend him .

This company is very reliable. I was able to get an appointment that very day when we had air conditioning issues. We decided to purchase a new unit rather than repairing the old unit and we were very pleased with the price. They installed it the next day. The installers even skipped their lunch break to finish the job. They said they didn't want us to suffer in the heat any longer than necessary. A few months later we used them again during a maintenance special they offered for 39.99. I just wanted a checkup before the summer season was upon us. Robert was my repairman and he was so helpful and friendly. He showed me a trick to changing the filter. He arrived exactly on time and did a checkup and found that everything was working as expected with no repairs needed. I will definitely continue to use the services offered by this business. They are honest, affordable, and reliable. You can't ask for more than that!
