He then started using scare tactics to push a 600 annual warranty. When I asked him to write down what he was saying, he refused. When I asked if I could quote him, he refused. When I asked him to write down the diagnosis that cost me 85, he refused. He said the part cost 160 from Whirlpool and if I tried to get the part myself, it would be more. I asked if I could call in Sears in a hour or two before committing to the 400 repair, he said I needed to make a decision immediately or pay the service fee again. I ordered the part online from Whirlpool for 62. DO NOT TRUST. |

Each afternoon the AC reads 79 or 80 degrees. It never cools down. This has been going on for about a week. |
