| Luca Gracia | They lost a part from my mom's sewing machine. She dropped it off at Pasadena location with the promise that they would call her if they found a replacement. They never did. I called them and they said they'd send it to the Baytown location so we could pick it up. They would call us when it arrived so we could pick it up. They never did. When I finally just showed up, they couldnt find the part at all. Boss Tony Parker wasn't available. The gentleman there pointed out their policy that parts left over 39 days wasn't their responsibility anymore. I said they never called so who knows how long it's been. The man said WE should have called. Anyway, the man stated he'd tell the boss and that he would talk to me. I hope they didn't just throw that part away. |
