Eva Dean | I have waited over a month for my parts to be installed when it came time and even had a confirmation email sent to me I was lied to and told that it they couldn't come on date planned and that it was never confirmed and set it for another date again. tired of waiting on them tired of the lies technician wouldn't listen to me in first place a saying I didn't know what I was talking about. So unprofessional |
Jay Strickler | SLOW.. Up to 2 weeks before they can show up. 1st visit is to analyze problem and order parts. Parts ordered and they arrive in less than a week, but it is at least another 2 weeks for them to fit you in to their schedule to install the parts. IF they were correct in their solution to the problem you are only down for 4 weeks. This is the minimum amount of time the product is down in our experience of over 10 years of dealing with them. Our dryer was down for just over 6 months before they issued a credit to replace it. Our washer was down for 6 weeks before they were able to fix it. They ordered parts two different times and finally found that a wire was bad at the connector. If you have an active family having your washer or dryer down for even a week can cost a lot in time and money. They seem to have no since of urgency and getting through there Phone MAZE to talk to someone can drive you crazy. But, what other choices are there? |
