Appliance Repair by D’Spain Sales and Service in Bandera, Texas

I own Juniper Hill Stables and I am the GM at The West 1077 Guest Ranch. We recently needed some help with our well at The Ranch. I initially spoke with Steve. He was very nice and courteous. He completely understood the urgency of the situation. We needed to fix the water problem before our 14 guest cabins filled up that weekend !!!! He sent a crew to The Ranch asap. It took some investigating to discover the problem. His guys were great about communicating with me about what needed to be done, how much it would cost, how long it would take etc....They took the time to do a quality repair. I never have to worry about D'Spain being here on time. They do quality work at a fair price. Some other people may be cheaper, but you get what you pay for. In my book, D'Spain is the best choice in the Bandera area.

D'Spain installed a new HVAC system in my home in 2006 when I first purchased my ranch. I've continued to use them over the years to service and maintain the system. In January of this year, I discovered that the blower motor was not running. A D'Spain service man came out the next morning and advised that the blower motor would need to be replaced. Given the age of the system, and the expense of a blower motor, I opted to replace the whole system. Ray D'Spain called a short while later and offered to come out to look over the situation and discuss my options, which he did. I opted for a mini-split system, which D'Spain installed the following week. I'm happy with the new system and with the quality of the service I receive.
