Had my sears Kenmore repaired at the shop. It worked a few times but then stopped, with the same issue as the first time we took it in. They wanted to charge their full service fee of 40.00 to come look at it. Which I would have paid after the fact if it was a second issue, but I would have thought they could at least check on the repair first.

Our 6 year old Samsung dryer started making a loud screeching mechanical sound. I suspected a worn idler pulley, but had never worked on a Samsung and knew it was best to get it serviced professionally. I called Azle Appliance Repair, and they scheduled us in the very next afternoon. They said they would call us that day between 3PM and 5 PM to give us an estimated time of arrival, and they called us right at 4PM. The service technician came right on time the next day, and quickly disassembled the dryer, vacuumed the inside thoroughly, replaced the idler pulley, closed it back up and presented a very reasonable bill. I give them 5 solid stars for performance! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
