They came out in a timely manner to fix a frozen clogged drain for refrigerator. It took awhile and he did a great job. I was just shocked that it cost over 280 for visit and labor. There were no parts needed so this was truly just labor for maybe 2 hrs or less. I will probably check with other repair companies next time to compare cost.

Once the problem was diagnosed, it took TWO WEEKS to get a technician out to replace the faulty compressor. Not acceptable for the main refrigerator in our home. Once the technician was here, he was able to complete the repair successfully and he was very professional.

I was given an 8am to 5pm window, but was assured I could call the day of the appointment to get the window narrowed. I called from the same phone I used to make the appointment. The same phone number that was immediately linked to my account when I scheduled the appointment. However, when I called the morning of, the robot could not link my number to any scheduled call despite the fact that the email confirming the appointment had the right phone number. Worst of all the robot would not connect me to a human until I provided a valid phone number. The technician showed up at 6:30pm. Clearly both he and Sears knew that he would not be there at 8:00am or even noon. I should not have to had to waste my day waiting. The technician was very good and capable.

Sad, this location is going out of business. I remember growing up Sears was a place where America shops.

On 10/10/19, had a 2015 Craftsman 42" Riding Lawn Mower serviced related to left and right wheel tie rod replacement. Scheduling of the appointment was easy and fast. I was kept up to date via text/email regarding my scheduled appointment and arrival of the repair tech. On the morning of the appointment, I received a call from the service tech and was given a 2 hour window as to when he would arrive. I was without a washer for over a month. I have had so many issues with both technical support and customer support. They kept saying management would call me back and of course they never did. They didn't order all the parts that were needed. They kept stalling. Said they scheduled me an appointment then no one showed up. An appointment was never scheduled. They didn't fix the initial issue I called them out for. I am waiting again for them to come out and fix. Then they told me that management doesn't talk to customers. They said they would send me a 50 since I was having to go to a laundromat - never received that either. Was told someone would call me back in 24 hours. Still waiting. I was told that more than once. Horrible service. Constantly giving me the run around. I used to think Sears was a good company but I no longer feel that way.

While I was initially disappointed when my service call was cancelled at the last minute due to a system crash, the technician called me back several hours later when the system was back online to see if we'd still be available on a Friday evening for the appointment. Within a short time the technician had my washer up and running! We understand things happen; and when they do, it's all about the recovery. This was an AWESOME recovery! THANK YOU, Pablo!
