Roy Mullin | I was given an 8am to 5pm window, but was assured I could call the day of the appointment to get the window narrowed. I called from the same phone I used to make the appointment. The same phone number that was immediately linked to my account when I scheduled the appointment. However, when I called the morning of, the robot could not link my number to any scheduled call despite the fact that the email confirming the appointment had the right phone number. Worst of all the robot would not connect me to a human until I provided a valid phone number. The technician showed up at 6:30pm. Clearly both he and Sears knew that he would not be there at 8:00am or even noon. I should not have to had to waste my day waiting. The technician was very good and capable. |

Erika Garza | I was without a washer for over a month. I have had so many issues with both technical support and customer support. They kept saying management would call me back and of course they never did. They didn't order all the parts that were needed. They kept stalling. Said they scheduled me an appointment then no one showed up. An appointment was never scheduled. They didn't fix the initial issue I called them out for. I am waiting again for them to come out and fix. Then they told me that management doesn't talk to customers. They said they would send me a 50 since I was having to go to a laundromat - never received that either. Was told someone would call me back in 24 hours. Still waiting. I was told that more than once. Horrible service. Constantly giving me the run around. I used to think Sears was a good company but I no longer feel that way. |
