Pamela Baker | I think the word “Reliable” is an inaccurate description of this company. During the diagnostic appointment of my washing machine, the owner was there to tell me if my washer was repairable or should I just buy a new one. He said he could fix it, and the repair should hold up for some time...possibly a year. I agreed to the repair. Within two weeks after the repair was made, the washer broke again with the same problem. I contacted the company and the owner told me to replace the washer. I called back and said I would replace it but I felt I was owed a PARTIAL refund. The repair that cost me 250 only held up for two weeks. I feel he should have told me during the diagnostic appointment that I should just get a new one. By the time he got back in touch with me days later, I was already literally at Home Depot buying a new washer. He said they could come out to repair it under a 90-day service warranty. I agreed because my new washer wouldn't arrive for one week. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN and tried contacting the company twice to discuss my repair/refund. This is a poor business practice to never get back in touch with a customer to resolve an issue. I'm happy with my brand new washer, but I wasted 250 on a repair that lasted two whole weeks! I will never use their services again and I recommend you don't, either. This is the definition of poor customer service! |
Aaron Moulton | Really great experience from Doug. They are now our go to place for issues with any of our appliances. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our dryer after a couple seconds and then addressed it with minimal fuss. Highly recommended. |
