Appliance Repair by McSpadden’s Tire & Automotive in Austin, Texas

I just recently moved here from Denver and was having an issue with my truck. It is always tough moving to a new area and trying to find a good reputable place that you can trust who gives you a fair price and fixes what is wrong and does not try to sell you on a bunch of other repairs. I respect a place that does tell you of an issue that maybe a problem but not those that give you a laundry list of twenty things that need fixing on your vehicle. My communication was with a young man by the name of Caleb I believe. If that wasn't his name then he was the young man that use to work in the oil fields. He was very nice and knowledgeable. It is also nice that they have a courtesy car to take you home. They told me if it acts up again it could be another issue. I definitely will continue to take my vehicles here as long as I receive the service that I received on my first visit. I will recommend McSpaddens to others.

Bad customer service the really rude

I was totally impressed with the overall experience I had with McSpadden's Tire and Automotive. I thought I had a leaking seal on my rear axle but upon inspection, they advised me I didn't after spending an hour and a half looking into it. I offered to pay them for their diagnosis but they would hear of it! I was certainly not expecting them to eat that cost. Such nice people here and a well organized place...the office and the shop. No question, I will return when I need service without hesitation and pass the good word on the kind of integrity you will find at McSpadden's. It was most appreciated!!
