| b terry | I had a leak around my washing machine. After calling a plumber to check my plumbing, I called several repair services. It being around Christmas, Super Appliance was the only one that could check it out. There was a hole in one of the hoses. He ordered it and came to install it just after Christmas. In the process he broke the lock on the lid, he orders it, that wasn't the fix. He then ordered a control board, that wasn't it either. There wasn't any communication unless I called them. I left several messages for a call back on the status of my washing machine but maybe got a call back three times. My son asked him to take it to their shop to get more eyes on the problem. So now 6 weeks later, it is finally fixed. I do not recommend Super Appliance. |
| J rock | They are crooks, they sold me the wrong baking element for my oven, took it back and tried to return and they tried to tell me it had been installed and they couldn't take it back and refund me my money. It never was installed!! |
