Called them Thursday they came out Friday said it would take a couple of days to get part . I called them Monday afternoon they had not even ordered the part .I feel they should at least called and informed us they were in the Process . I don't expect anyone to jump thru hoops but this is ridiculous . I guess if I had not called them no telling how long of a wait we would have !!! |
