Good service and cheaper than other places around town for a 2 AC replacement. 2 year warranty helps with the smaller issues that arise. The last tech that check our heating was awesome, tall youth blonde guys, super nice and knowledgeable.

On the positive side the dispatcher and technician was very efficient and courteous, and they came out the same day I called. They charged 99 plus parts to replace a capacitor, which is a total of 10 minutes worth of work. Pretty standard. What surprised me was that they charged 250 for a part you can get for 35 on Amazon, and their cost for that same part is less than that. I know they have to make money, but a 700 markup on parts is a little high. When I complained they reduced the cost of the part to 150, so I give them some credit for at least listening to the customer and working with me. On a 102 degree day I didn't have a lot of recourse if I sent them away I would have still been out 99 AND my system would still be broken. I understand the many costs that go along with running this type of business, but I feel like the price mark-up on parts is out of whack. I will probably look elsewhere next time.
