skysoccr . | Good service and cheaper than other places around town for a 2 AC replacement. 2 year warranty helps with the smaller issues that arise. The last tech that check our heating was awesome, tall youth blonde guys, super nice and knowledgeable. |
Gregory Brayfield | On the positive side the dispatcher and technician was very efficient and courteous, and they came out the same day I called. They charged 99 plus parts to replace a capacitor, which is a total of 10 minutes worth of work. Pretty standard. What surprised me was that they charged 250 for a part you can get for 35 on Amazon, and their cost for that same part is less than that. I know they have to make money, but a 700 markup on parts is a little high. When I complained they reduced the cost of the part to 150, so I give them some credit for at least listening to the customer and working with me. On a 102 degree day I didn't have a lot of recourse if I sent them away I would have still been out 99 AND my system would still be broken. I understand the many costs that go along with running this type of business, but I feel like the price mark-up on parts is out of whack. I will probably look elsewhere next time. |
