When you contact the office the staff is rude and repeatedly hang up on you. They are getting paid by the warranty company and not following through with the needed repair. I DO NOT recommend using this company for any appliance repairs. |
Sara Brouse | DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have had a broken dishwasher for over 3 weeks. It took a week for the service man to come diagnose, about a week or more for parts to arrive and even longer than that to come install. Installation date finally comes bumbling around & said he got the parts mixed up and had the wrong part. Fast forward 12 hours, I see a puddle on the floor & thought a drink may have been spilled. 12 hours later, I come home to a FLOOD. Incompetent enough to not screw something back on tightly AND dishwasher still not fixed. Utter joke. |
