Koi Kelly | Prompt and kind service. |
Tony Hernandez | Short staffed and couldn't handle appointments properly. Don't get me wrong, the guy is nice but he's only part time and he's the only technician for automotive. In December I made an appointment a month later in January, went to appointment and they didn't have all parts and had to reschedule for late March. Then told a week later that they couldn't use the part purchase anyway and said I could use a different product. Why couldn't we use the other product in the first place? Hmm. Bad management. |
Jill Dianne | Conflict resolution is iffy. They put a screen protector onto my phone which was labeled as the right kind for that model, and within a few days the edges started popping up after being in the Otterbox. I was told when we came back not to put the Otterbox on until 24 hrs later. Would've liked to have known the first time. The protector still popped up regardless, so I ended up trimming it with scissors. Be careful with Galaxy S7s...you may not be able to have a perfect screen protector AND an Otterbox. The fit is extremely close, so if it's even a teeny bit off both times the edges will pop under a case. |
