| Jason Andrews | Absolutely the worst workmanship I've ever seen! They put a new unit in for me and had the pad under unit slanted toward the house with shims under the back of unit so when it rained the water ran under my house. I called them back out and they had to pull the new unit and reset the pad. The silicone between the house which is rock looked like a third grader played with a caulking gun. I did not call them back for that I found it easier to just fix myself. After a year and a half we had problems with the unit so I reluctantly called them out and it took 5 trips for them to diagnose the problem. I will never make that mistake again! |
