| Tabitha | Liars no way to contact a customer service we had to put our furniture together ourselves it was all packed from factory only to open an find Rips in the cushion. After over 3 months we get no replies no help and a coush that's useless we are paying for. We can't even get a call back unless it's to pay them. Never use this company they have no management or customer skills and it's sad they don't care. Never use them it's not the first problem due to lack of management so no wonder the stores are closing. And there's full warranties so why wait this long for help when I ordered furniture they get it to you quickly so how can they not fix a warranties issue in a timely manner. Cons is all they are who pass the reasons around to blaim everyone. I called Ashley no repair tickets were sent until I called breach of contract an asked for all my paperwork so my lawyer could step in as I see he will have to. Go across the street N use any other rent to own. |
