Had a freezer quit working, Jaggers was out within a couple of hours of our call, diagnosed and repaired on the spot for what I considered to be very reasonably priced.

Mr. Jaggers returned my phone call right away. I advised him we have an all-in-one refrigerator that is not cooling. He said he couldn't fit me in the schedule that day Friday but he could check the refrigerator out Monday. He also advised me he would look up the model of my refrigerator on the internet to familiarize himself with the model of my refrigerator. He also called me back and asked if the refrigerator was our primary or secondary refrig. First thing Monday Mr. Jaggers called stating he was on his way to our home. The diagnosis was not good but Mr. Jaggers advised he could put freon in it and the refrigerator could last another 6 months or a couple of years. I asked, "how much" and he said 30.00 and I told him we'll give it a try since a new all-in-one refrigerator is about 1,000. Mr. Jaggers was honest, dependable, knowledgeable and friendly.
