Tomika Jackson | He was nice when he came to my house and fixed my washer, but later on tonight when I used my washer, it started leaking water, and all over my floor. I called to tell him about it and he copied an attitude, getting smart with me on the phone, and then just hung up on me. This is very unprofessional when you are running a business. When you are paid to complete a job then it should work properly when finished. I have never had a leak in my washer until now. |
UnknownReloader | Jim has came to help us out twice. First with a washer that had a bad motor bearing. He told us how the whole motor would have to be replaced as it was a non serviceable motor thanks Whirlpool, the motor would cost almost as much as a new washer thanks Whirlpool so we decided just to scrap that one. Now he's here for a burnt out fan motor on a just over year old frigidaire refrigerator thanks Frigidaire . Thanks Jim. |
