| Sarah Gibbons | This has got to be the most unprofessional shop in the history of business. If they had 0 zero stars I would put that. They had my car for 6 MONTHS. I took it in for timing chains and after 2 1/2 weeks they said my car was done I picked it up and it broke down not even 30 miles down the road. Car was going crazy. Turns out all the computers were fried. They tried to blame a freak lightning storm that never happened. They never contacted me one time at all to be in contact about my vehicle that they had for 6 months. When they did finish the car the only reason I found out is because I just so happen to see the mechanic at the gas station and he says oh I'm sorry we have your car done we just couldn't get a hold of you! 6 months and I have called them multiple times. Texted them multiple times and they still have the nerve to charge me 400 to get my car back after an additional 900 I paid them to break my car in the first place. They are liars. They are incompetent. They are irresponsible. |
