Originally I purchased a Whirlpool and within first month the freezer froze up so I called local store here and at first they sent me straight to Whirlpool to fix problem. That entailed me talking to a woman that was troubleshooting. None of her ideas worked as I have same manual she read from. I was determined I wasn't gonna be stuck with a non working fridge so I called back and talked to Josh, the mgr of Sears here locally. I explained the situation and said at this point, I just wanted a replacement as I was in the 30 day range of returns. So picked out replacement, and once again the 70 delivery fee was an issue. I explained you are coming to pick up one doesn't work, so no I won't pay delivery fee. Luckily I didn't have to but not without negotiating first. Customer is right in this as I shouldn't be out any for non working fridge. |
