| Andrea Reinhard | We went 2 months ago and got an appliance during one of their so called deals.. monthly payment was supposed to be around 70 a month, well next payment rolls due & they will me it's gonna be 280.. I told them no that's not what I signed up for so they showed me my paperwork & not only had they crossed out my personal references & wrote in people that we don't even know. I tell the I'm not paying that much bc it wasn't what the agreement was & to come pick it up. They have not yet once come to get their merchandise or call my phone but they sent me a letter threatening to take legal action against me for payment then also called my husband at work telling him they came over & I just laughed at them thru the front door, they've also called my father every day at his business trying to collect payment & no idea how they got either of their names or numbers bc I didn't put anything about them on my application, then when everyday when I call the store multiple times a day the same man always answers & hangs up on me as soon as I say my name... I've called corporate on them 2 weeks ago & got no help there, called customer complaint today just to be told their system is down & try again tomorrow. I don't know what's going on with this store but the one man I always get stuck dealing with is entirely unprofessional, & quite frankly rude. Has anyone else had problems like this with them? It's my first time renting from them & will definitely be the last. |

| Jamie Chandler | The gal on the phone who helped us order a washer and dryer. We got the set we wanted, and were pleasantly surprised they could deliver the next day! My only issue was they sent this poor young man by himself to deliver and install our machines. We live in a split level home with laundry in the basement. My teenager had to help this poor kid get them into my house. The employee DID NOT ASK FOR THE HELP I had my son help because I could see the employee was struggling and he would not ask. He was a trooper, very nice amd respectful, through the massive battle to install these machines, he smiled. Props to the young man, but I feel frustrated for him. |
