| Sierra Slaven | I personally feel like I have been lied too. I called to pay off my bedroom suit, which I liked, but had some issues with quality early on. I thought I only owed 1,500 on the bedroom suit but have paid more than 2,429 just in monthly payments. I paid it off today and am thankful I don't have to deal with the manager of this establishment anymore. I had to personally use additional money to fix the bed so it was useable, Plus I had to shampoo the mattress when I bought it because of stains! I thought after all the hassle they would take some money off my last payment amount and they refused to even try and accommodate me. I feel personally victimized by this place and refuse to ever use them again. Horrible way to treat people! |

Tables I initially wanted with my living room suit, weren't available that day, they offered to allow me to choose another set or order the others & deliver as soon as received. Their staff have been friendly & courteous everytime I've spoken to them by phone or been in the store. |
