| Maureen Koehl | We really like Home Depot and wish we could have one closer. But, the garden center in Oak Ridge needs someone a little more helpful. We came looking for planters blocks and the men that were there knew exactly what I was talking about, could tell me where it was but didn't once offer to help me with getting some. My husband was using a handicapped cart, so he couldn't help and there is no way that I could have loaded and moved 12 blocks by myself. They are very heavy. So we left without getting any and Home Depot lost a sale of close to 50.00. Small potatoes but when you remember that I just posted how unhappy I was, and the fact that I will tell people how disappointed I was. It does hurt them. If you don't have people coming through the door, then the store doesn't make any money, then you don't have a job. Yes I could have walked all the way back up to ask for help but I shouldn't have to. This is what is called customer service and they need to work on it. |
