My husband waited 4 hours for them, when he could have been working. The girl told me they could do the install tomorrow but couldn't tell me when during the day someone would show up. How can you expect people to sit around and wait??? Why didn't someone call in the morning to tell me you weren't coming? |
| Hannah Depoe | Horrible customer service! Three times they were supposed to come out and install the parts on our dryer and they NEVER showed up! No phone call, nothing. Thank goodness I'm a stay at home wife and didn't have to take off of work. Otherwise, that would've been money down the drain! Very unprofessional and unreliable. Do NOT recommend. |
