| Rrrr We | Every since Carol took over this store, they rude, dishonest, hung up phone on you. My payment is setup to comes off credit card the 3rd of every month and I haven't had no problems with this til Carol took over store but they start blowing up my phone on the 1st&2nd of every month. I have done business with Aaron's for over 5yrs but can't wait til I get them paid in full. I will never do business with them again. You can't call in to complained it's all a big run around. What happened? When first started doing business @Aarons y'all was great. I have paid of several items with you all but I can say you all Lost a customer. |
| Krista Lee | Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. This store needs a refresh on the FDCPA. I've had okay experiences with the company previously but the lady who is in charge now carol I do believe needs a reality check. After this time, they will not ever get my business again. |
| Jeff Campbell | At first I thought it was a good idea but the closer I get to paying off what I leased my payments left keep going up one person will tell me that I have six and a half payments left then the next month I make a payment I am told three and a half then I call in November of 2018 and told now I have five and a half payments so I will not recommend buying from the store in milan tn because of this then I talk to the store manager about it and she says well maybe somebody didn't have thier glasses on while looking at the screen so I told her that they must not be wearing them every month while looking at the screen not an honest store to buy from |
