| Bettye Wallace | Just a word of caution. We had two flat screens 50 inch Samsung and 50 inch Panasonic. The Samsung was repaired and returned, it played for 24 hrs before it blew something inside which was so hot it melted the left side of the TV. Needless to say we expected more for 265. In repairs. Mr. Fields picked it up but it couldn't be repaired the second time. We have called several times and we are told that a part was ordered for the Panasonic put no word yet on it's condition. This was back in August 2017 we are now approaching November 2017 with no status update. Feeling ripped off of course! I have replaced the sets which is what I would suggest, chalking this up to a lesson learned! |
