And then while he was working on my appliance he asked me if I had any cleaning solution as in 409, I said yes, why? He replied that he would clean the inside of my dryer as it was taken apart! I mean really does that. And then he checked with me a few days later to make sure everything was working. I ask him about repairing my icemaker in my refrigerator, he let me know there was a class action suit against the people who made my refrigerator and it could not be repaired. He was totally honest and up front about it. The company I bought the refrigerator from has come out 10 times to repair it knowing it could not be done. He gives Phenomenal service, Courteous, professional and honest. He went above and beyond. He will be doing all my repairs from this day forward and I will be recommending him to every in anyone who wants appliances repaired. |
