| dianezlotnicki . | BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO REPAIR MADE....BRAD SENT HIS BROTHER MIKE OUT TO MY HOUSE 4X TO FIX FURNACE WHICH WAS BLOWING JUST NOT HEATING AFTER 4X STILL NOT FIXED HE WOULD SAY HES COMING BACK AND NEVER RETURN THEN POP UP EARLIER THAN STATED OR NOT COME AT ALL AFTER THE 4 VISITS STILL NO HEAT HAD TO CALL IN ANOTHER COMPANY WHO THEN STATED THE WIRING WAS ALL WRONG AND THE MAIN BOARD WAS MISSING THAT ALL MIKE DID WAS MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN AFTER THE LAST VISIT EITHER WHEN HE STATED HE WAS GOING TO GET A FRIEND TO HELP AND NEVER RETURNED VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL |
