Washer wasn't working and after telling them the symptoms they were pretty sure what the problem was. They offered to send someone over right away but said they were out of the necessary part and would have order it so would I rather just have them come when the part comes. I elected the latter to save the extra service call. Thought that was very nice of them when they could have charged me just for coming out. I will call again if I needed in the future. |
