Love how the place is laid out with soooooo many choices. Steve was very helpful with the style of couch and chair I wanted. While I questioned the design/color of the chair he matched up with the couch, ended up looking great! Thanks again for all your help!

I love shopping at McMasters. The prices are competitive and, more importantly, the service they provide is unparalleled. For both those reasons, we buy all of our appliances from them. This morning, I had overloaded my front-load washer and had pulled a wire loose when taking the clothes out. I called McMasters and they were there “pronto”. It is always a wonderful thing to shop locally. But it is even better when it makes such good sense. I cannot imagine this type of service being offered by the larger boxes like Home Depot.

Ii have always enjoyed doing business w/ the McMasters, even when they were Green's, where I bought my refrigerator/freezer. They have always been so courteous & so prompt when I needed something checked out. Mark is so dow home & explains things if you're interested in what's going on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
